Key Responsibilities

The position covers both driving and warehouse duties. On the transport side, the employee will conduct scheduled deliveries in the morning and afternoon, help plan delivery routes and keep the company vehicle clean, presentable and roadworthy.

The role also includes collecting and returning goods from suppliers or customers and maintaining professional interactions with clients and external partners. Delivery and collection records must be maintained accurately, including scanning and filing proof of deliveries.

Within the warehouse, responsibilities include:

- Maintaining accurate stock records and tracking stock movements in the ERP system.

- Supporting weekly cycle counts and bi-annual or annual stock takes.

- Investigating stock discrepancies.

- Ensuring inventory is stored in the correct warehouse locations.

- Assisting with stock reservation, labelling and organisation.

- Keeping the warehouse clean, neat and organised.

- Loading and off-loading incoming and outgoing stock.

- Checking incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes and packing lists.

- Picking and packing sales orders accurately.
